These include the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster City Council, Camden Council and Wandsworth Council, all of which have entered into long term contracts with PCL. 2002 saw us re-affirm our strong London links, with both the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Transport for London (TfL) Street Management renewing their engineering services partnerships with PCL for a further five years.

PCL’s established position within London enables it to make a positive contribution towards many aspects of London life, ranging from helping manage the smooth running of traffic in the Capital to enhancing the look of the London environment through innovative urban design projects like the award-winning Kensington High Street Improvement Scheme. We look forward to maintaining our strong and successful partnerships with London’s boroughs for many years to come.

The Project Centre’s work with the Royal Borough on the High Street’s Environmental Improvement Scheme earned the award for Best Transport Lighting at the 2002 Lighting Design Awards.
